PRODUCTS

K-Stage Scaffolding System

K-stage is the first prefabricated scaffolding system designed by KHK. Widely used around the world, K-stage is quicker to erect than conventional scaffolding as it requires three basic components and eliminates the use of obstructive internal bracing. Minimum onsite storage costs, plus minimum onsite assembly hours thanks to a multipurpose four-way wedge designed to crisscross standards (vertical tubes) and ledgers (horizontal tubes), in one easy step.

K-Lock Scaffolding System

K-lock is widely used for access scaffolding, as well as an application for slab and even bridge support in the UK, Ireland, the Middle East, the Far East and the Asian sub continent. Designed to replace nuts and bolts with a simple interlocking process, K-lock connects standards (vertical tubes) with ledgers (horizontal tubes) and transoms (reinforcement tubes), at pre-determined intervals.

Scaffold Tubes and Fittings

KHK Scaffolding and Formworks LLC is one of our group’s six manufacturing divisions. The company produces a variety of scaffold tubes, fittings, boards and accessories for a number of access applications. Our galvanised steel tubes are designed for harsh environments and are the most rigid of all our tube and clamp systems.

Scaffold Ancillary Products

All scaffolding systems call for accessory items in daily site operations. We supply a range of accessories including heavy-duty items compatible with our own scaffolding systems, as well accessories for scaffolding systems as from other manufacturers.

Hollow Sections and Hollow Sections S355J2H

Designed for universal application, our hollow sections give you a large selection of materials with excellent weldability, economic processing, a range of dimensions, close tolerances, top surface quality, increased strength characteristics, aesthetic advantages and guaranteed suitability for hot-dip galvanising.

Gas and Water Application Pipes

Universal Tubes is one of our group’s six manufacturing divisions. The company has eight production lines and produces over 150,000 MT of welded steel tubes and line pipes every year. Spread over 25,000 square meters with a dedicated workforce of 300 employees, Universal Tubes is equipped with state of the art machinery for manufacturing various sizes.
